Citizen Charter

 

 

The purpose of this Charter is to provide:

  • Efficient, prompt and courteous service with dedication to integrity and fairness.
  • All important information to the citizens about various services.
  • Time bound and transparent service in all transactions; and to
  • Solicit co-operation of the people in achieving the main objectives of VGTM through partnership and togetherness.

This Charter is not a legal document against the KUDA nor the customers.

PREAMBLE

In order to ensure proper planning and development of Warangal Development area as per the Master Plan and Zonal development Plans and making Warangal a model city in the country, citizens can contribute and help KUDA in keeping away from unauthorized developments and seek proper permissions in the interest of improving the quality of life and general environment.


The KUDA therefore, believes that proper interaction with and active participation of the citizen in the process of planning and implementation of the plan is necessary to achieve its objective and provide efficient and standardized services to the citizens while fixing responsibilities on the officials and time frame in which they are to attend and redress public issues and grievances on a people friendly basis.

URBAN FORESTRY DIVISION:

  • 86 Nos. of free KUDA park entry passes were given to Senior citizens.

  • Sound system was provided to senior citizens to deliver spiritual songs, classical songs.

  • Yoga kendram at KUDA park has been provided to the public at very concessionary rate.

  • Skaters are allowed with free entry into KUDA park.

  • Saplings are being supplied to the public at subsidized rates at MVP Central Nursery, KUDA.

3.6 SERVICE CENTRES: Service centres have been started in every colony developed by KUDA at various layouts to cater the needs of residents as part of its endeavour to come closer to people.

3.7 KUDA on wheels a unique endeavour pioneered by KUDA where spot approvals for layouts and building plans are given by KUDA officials at the customers premises itself
